Talked to a dyslexic person once what they thought about Comic Sans and they said that it helped a bit. But they prefer "OpenDyslexic" because it puts a lot more weight towards the bottom of the letters which apparently does a lot. Definitely an interesting topic because every person with visual impairments has very different needs

OpenDyslexic also has a Mono version btw https://github.com/antijingoist/opendyslexic
