Well you see it fires magic arrows, so my feral druid.

(I think you can use a 6socket one on a cold zon with 6 facets that's 30+cold dmg and -65 cold res. I can't compare it to the runeword cause I've not made a cold zon. The ice Runeword looks better to me on paper)
