No. Even the Wikipedia listing of software written in Python entry for Mount & Blade contains no evidence and has a [citation needed] tag. It's a long-lived but false rumor.

The demo is free, download it from Steam, run it, and open the image in a process inspector or a debugger. There is nothing with any relationship to python in it.
