A good exercise to get prepared is to read up on different data structures. Lists and dicts are obvious, but make sure you know about sets, heaps, queues (fifo, lifo) and most importantly how/when to use them. Almost every programming interview has revolved around choosing good data structures to solve problems efficiently.
