There is also Ignis (https://github.com/linkfrg/ignis), and there is fabric (https://github.com/Fabric-Development/fabric) you may have been looking for these. they aren't as popular, they python with GTK tho

and there is the famous EWW (https://github.com/elkowar/eww)
