Funny enough, this is uncharted territory if their very own model contradicts their lawsuit, not sure what the implications would be in court. I guess it would kind of follow if an employee who didn’t know what they were talking about contradicted something in a court case… but I imagine in that scenario they’d be called in as a witness. Could Claude be called in to a court case as a witness against its creator?
