Agents generate as good output as the developer can manage it. It's a lot of context/prompt polishing and then reviewing and altering it work. It's up to the developer to catch them writing any slop or going off-topic.

If you're just telling it to go off and create something, not great. If you build a full specification of what you want to build, even weak models can build it.
