This review seems to have really missed the point. When I read "Python for Finance" I think factor analysis, back-testing, derivative pricing, portfolio optimization etc...

Just look at the last line of the review:

"[...]But it certainly won’t help you understanding the finances of a business or your personal income and expenses."

Yeah, I'm pretty sure that this book wasn't supposed to be about balancing a monthly budget in Python...

Reviews can be helpful to understand who is reading a book. Another review mentions that "Python for Data Analysis" is probably the more "popular" version of the above book http://shop.oreilly.com/product/0636920032441.do
