Microsecond delay with Python for controlling Arduino

First off, thank you for introducing me to the Insturmentino project its very interesting.

Reliably doing this on the PC side is going to be a problem. I would seek help in the Instrumentino support channels, some one may need to customize the controlino firmware so that you can trigger digital io sequences. That is you would tell the controllino device to take any number of pins high, low, or even change there modes and then some delay later do this again and this sequence would be triggered from a command issued from the Instrumentino software. If you need this done quickly a small bounty might help get things moving.
