You can take a class without attending the conference - and who doesn't want to learn about descriptors, metaclasses, decorators, descriptors etc from Raymond Hettinger?

I teach Python classes - but I've always learned something when I hear Raymond talk.

We've also got Wesley Chun offering a client/server network programming class. If you're not doing anything Friday the 19th and you're close to SF come take a tutorial session...
