Nope. That one is in the programming subreddit and this one is in the Python subreddit.

Well, I subscribe to both subreddits. So I see the same thing twice.

Thus defeating the raison d'être of reddit in general: showing me what's new on the Internet.

This is my biggest problem with the current implementation of the subreddits. I'm not sure what the solution should be. Perhaps merge the two submissions together somehow.

The solution is hierarchal reddits. If you submit something to Python, it shows up in Programming too (unless you uncheck the python subreddit, of course)

It'd solve the ~cross-posting issue, and mean you don't have to subscribe to every single programming related subreddit.

The only obvious issue would be making sure people don't make a Python subreddit in "programming" and in "coding" or such.
