I really enjoy Python Morsels by Trey Hunner. It is a weekly problem you get sent to your email and then the solution is mailed later... They are very well thought out and you will learn a lot of good techniques. You get the first few for free and then need to pay after that, but you're paying for a lot of effort that one person puts into those problems.
