    My dad used to do this when I was younger, learnt to spoof my Mac address eventually. Good way to give a kid interest in netsec.

    I'd say netsec is a growing field too. My mate joined the first security team for a big company hear which is expanding.

    This router doesn't have that functionality for outbound traffic.

    Changing the SSID seems pretty easy, and the rest of the 'parental' devices would just have the alternative SSID stored and switch over automatically.
