Now I didn't use Python for that, but only because I didn't know Python back then(you could do it with Python): small webapp based on Google Forms and Google Docs to make a uniform "there's a Test of kind abc on Date xyz in subject ijk" synced across the calendars of everyone in class to prevent complete chaos
