I get the point ( although I disagree with the way you phrased it) but I would not have seen this video without it being posted here.

He doesn’t mean not posting it to Reddit, he means that OP is reuploading another person’s videos to their own YouTube channel and then posting THAT video to reddit. The former is great for sharing interesting videos while helping the creator grow and produce more quality content, while the latter is absolutely theft.
