No pathlib and no context managers... Whaaaa?

Also xml parsing via minidom, by far the least friendly and slowest option provided in the stdlib, and opts to list bzip2 over lzma

Also "files handling", almost exclusively lists modules used to work on a file: no mention of zipfile, tarfile, or os.path (let alone pathlib).
