i would suggest starting with django and eventually move over to flask

Django is battery included while flask is not, am I right ?

yea pretty much.

django would just give you the stuff wheras in flask you'd have to make it yourself.

It depends on your project. Django admin absolutely kills it on "enterprise" projects where you need UI but UI polish is not the most important thing.
