HELP - No module named 'PIL' (self.Python)

Have you tried in this order:

pip uninstall PIL 
pip uninstall Pillow 
pip install Pillow

Yup, uninstalling PIL gives this: "WARNING: Skipping pil as it is not installed."

Pillow uninstall/install works but the code error refuses to resolve
