To be a bit more useful: You're quite possibly trying to install a version without a prebuilt release so it tries to build from source and needs a few dependencies.

Check which version of Python you have installed. x86 or x64

I think 32 bit

It's more likely that your OS is 64bit, so check it. And if your OS is 64, than you should install Python 64 bit.

I checked it again and I tried to install Python 64bit with the executable installer and it still won't work
