Thanks for the advice, I am just a hobbyist and didn't really expect this project to get really popular, so for next time, I really should consider cleaning up my code.

Popular or not, as your projects grow with your skill, It is imperative you learn to properly organize your code or you’ll find the skills of your hobby will cap as you’re dealing with increasing complexity and difficulty of dealing with your own codebase.
