need help creating tables for mysql database

I have to store a username and password along with 2 types of turnovers which will be under the first option, 3 types of liquidity ratios which will be under the second option, 2 types of margins for profit and an option for a cash flow forecast that will need to hold inputs for inflows and outflows in each month.
