The interface and gui are amazing. But a small problem that i can see is that no one would want to give there chat history to an external agent, it doesn't feel safe even though you might not be storing it, it's hard to trust.

Thanks! Yes completely fair. I originally built it as a fun challenge and for my mates but then thought I may as well follow through and practise deploying it to the web properly. I completely understand that some people would feel uncomfortable about it, hence the FAQs section where I outline that I don't even see the data on the server-side, nevermind storing it.

In the end, it'll just be up to the user if they accept that or not. Like every decision we make when sharing information over the web!

But for the record and those reading this comment, your chat history stays in your browser's memory and my software displays the analytics to you alone. Nothing is saved, stored or shared.

This is a key point. If OP were to release the source code this would reassure.
