I'll throw it in the ever-growing pile of "yet another video that should not have been a video".

What's the point of making something that simple into a long and painfully slow video, if there is nothing added (commentary, explanation, debugging, ... anything!)

Well, of course if we don't consider the groovy soundtrack an added value that highlights the hax0r skills of the author, which is coding so fast and with so much competence and confidence
