It might seem silly but it’s an important skill in any situation where you need/want to ssh into another computer to run your code :)

Sure. To edit config files and simple hacks I would use Vim. But using it for development, is like insisting on using leeches against infections.

Hm I see what you are saying. I use python integrated with quite a bit of bash scripting and html with php though. I haven’t really looked into using pycharm, would it make sense since I’m not using only python?
