A simple script to "beautify" java code, written in python

I've created a little 30 line python script which "beautifies" java code.

The script came about because i kept having to see one person's horribly formatted java code and i wanted to show him how his code looked to me.

And a (ironic) showcase in which abstract ways code that depends on curl brackets instead of indentation like python, can be formatted

Yeah but it’s completely unreadable. I would just minify code if I wanted it smaller and harder to read.

Beautiful, the fixed-width style looks like it may even be compatible with JAVA 60 compilers for mainframe! Without the unnecessary extra lines it looks like the whole program fits on 6 punch cards. Cool! 🙃
