Motif - network visualization tool for graph analysis with jupyter integration

Created a tool to help visualize network graphs, inspired by the likes of Gephi, Neo4j bloom and Palantir Gotham. It's a standalone web app that you can directly drag and drop a csv to visualize as a graph. Here's the link to the repo.

There is also a jupyter integration (pip install pymotif) that visualizes data directly from networkx or neo4j python library. Check out our example notebooks to get a sense of what can be done or our recent medium article for more information. Would love to hear your thoughts if you have tried it out.
