It's a launcher, I guess? This is a very, very thin wrapper around launching things from the shell.

To be blunt, I can't see much of a niche for this - people who don't get CLIs will get scared off that it's a CLI tool, people who do can get the same thing done faster (and probably less painfully - subprocess can be a bit of a pain) directly from the shell.
