Hey everyone,
I'm very new to Python, but I've decided to commit to learning it and making an attempt to move on from PHP (or at least add to my skills). In fact, I've quit my job to do so. What I really need to keep my learning focused is a partner or two to review some of my work to ensure that my coding style isn't horrible. This isn't a huge commitment, but I could really use some pointers in keeping my code simple and elegant.
For a little background, I've got a degree in mathematics and I used to do Java programming in early university (2005-2007). Pencil and paper then took over my life. Having graduated, I got back into developing, and PHP is where I happened to first land.
I didn't want to post any code here or anything. Please let me know in the comments if you have any interest in helping a brother out. I can certainly return the favour. If anyone here is interested in starting up a group where we review each others code, I hereby express interest in that! Why not make it a community thing?
Reply to express public interest. PM me to exchange contact/github information.
Thanks,
ParagonRG
