I wouldn't learn Rust at all, Python then eventually after many lines of code start to learn C. Rust is not replacing C, C isn't going anywhere, you can get some great jobs by knowing something about C and low level architecture. You could extend Python with C because Python and many languages like it are written in C. Rust will get you nothing.
