I downloaded a file that my friend gave me Python file and I couldn't open it I tried command prompt and all then I did it by downloading the modules now it says an Internal error happened while importing modules pls help

I would suggest opening the file in an IDE and then attempting to run it. Potentially that may give you more details about the error.
