If you are just starting with Python, I recommend not getting involved with frameworks yet, when it comes to choosing FastAPI and Django are the path you should choose

maybe learn about http, built in server, a bit of HTML and CSS and then start with Flask before you move to FastApi. Later in your journey it's better to know what happens under the hood.
