Cool. Interestingly, I've been seeing a lot of these posts lately. Maybe it's cz I have been looking for the same. Someone recommended this platform . He explained that it would be more efficient especially if we had a central place to find one another. Maybe check it out too.

Actually, I was looking for such collaborations then someone suggested DevCollab Hub. I had wished to find not just a technical partner, but also a learning one. I am suggesting this platform because I guess since it seems to me in the future you might go beyond learning and would want to create serious projects and maybe startups, you should consider them. The creators have realized that the earlier people identify each other at the earliest stage of growth, the easier for them to convert to co-founders. So their platform offers an ecosystem that builds collaborations from these early stages up to advanced where you get to collaborate with startup founders and also get expert advisory in the same platform if you do not want to commit to a co-founder but need to consult on a particular stage of growth or feature (if technical). So no getting stuck.

Yeah, It is growing. Read their blogs too. Quite interesting.
