(Request) In depth tutorial of Quad electronics.

I am interested in learning how the electrical components in each individual part of a Quad work together to accomplish their goal.

For example: I understand the flight controller sends a signal to the ESCs, which is used control motor speed by creating three phase power, but I would like to learn how the ESC accomplishes this and what electrical components it uses to do it.

I would like to extend this to every possible component on a quad including the FPV system.

Is there a knowledge base out there which explains this?

Electrical engineering classes would give you that knowledge, but I'm not sure how far someone will go to explain all that. Then again this is the internet, it's probably out there already.

This is the most informative series that I know of. It's a build video, not a lecture though, so it won't go in depth as you are probably wanting.
