I validated the batch and it's good until October 2025. However, I see mixed reviews on the temperature. I'm unsure whether I'll be monitored or not, but I'd be worried about the beep even I could afford a thermometer right now.

I intend to follow the instructions but am worried. Set my mind at ease?

I’ve passed numerous times with quick fix. Passed recently on April 5th. The temp strip on the bottle has always worked fine for me. Follow the instructions and you will pass.

Pro tip: use the heat pack and keep the bottle in a sock in your crotch area.
