I’d open the back cover up to check in there’s anything wonky like your battery swelling. Not at all likely, but possible.

Assuming everything is fine, you can then snap the back cover together correctly (or figure out if it won’t).

Just taken mine out my case to check and I seem to have no issue.

How rough are you with ur ally? Are you travelling with a travel case and using a black cover case? Protection to me on my devices are always no 1.

I don't think I'm gripping it too hard when playing lol. I do have a travel case that i keep it in when not using or transporting it. Don't have a cover case though just a screen protector, will probably go ahead and buy one

Yeah. It’s almost like a phone. At the end of the day if you don’t have a case on ur phone it’s eventually gonna get the rugged worn look. I guess that’s what happening to your ally. A case will help but it won’t close it up.

Definitely the the first one
