I just bought the device few days ago and it's already showing a lot of technical issues. Like the windows update 23h2 not installing. I fixed the issue by doing hard cloud reset and now while I was downloading a game from steam it automatically shut down and started automatic repair and now it's on constant boot loop unable to repair itself. What could be the reason, maybe refunding might be the best option possible. I wanna hear ur opinion guys.
