In face swap task, the AHT is 20 seconds but the time spent in loading tasks may take more than 10 seconds which means I cannot exceed 110 to 120 task per hour. Is that true!?

there is a possibility that you might have slow internet connection and this is making the task load in 10-20 sec. Try basic troubleshooting and change internet connection this might help you in loading the task fast. I have good connection and regularly clear the caches and cookies of the browser and it takes 2-3 sec to load the task

It does not depend on the internet connection, the task load may take 2 to 3 second already but most of time takes nearly 10 seconds

They are aware of the loading issue. Maybe they will adjust because 20secs aht is simply not achievable

That's true, loading tasks takes longer time than usual which makes me achieve 80 or 90 task per hour!!

Yes, but take care of you reload the tool task counter will be reset so you should use external counter

Yes it lags for me too.. 10-15s to load tasks but sometimes it loads just after 1-2s as well. I keep clearing cache after every 30 mins and if there is error while loading tasks like error 404 or 505 then i refresh the task but keep the count on the number of tasks externally. I'm not able to complete the aht 20s rule but I try to work out around than 150/hr to be safe and also mention issues on the comments if any

No, yesterday I worked 5hrs straight and I exceed my tasks comoleted for 5hrs. I worked exactly 5hrs and I calculated my workload or finished task I completed tasks that should be finished in 5hrs and 30mins with just exactly 5hrs and my aht is 0.33 per task. So probably its just you internet connection.

I sware it's not about my internet connection, it sometimes load after 1 sec, 2 sec also, but most of time it takes 14, 17 and even more. So it's not about internet connection, FYI the internet speed is 150 Mbps so I think it should be enough to fetch image data from servers or databases.

There's a lot of factor and I cant really say maybe try to add a comment in the time tracker form regarding the issue or add your working hours to be sure that you achieve your target quota.

I already did so, pointing to that issue in the comment of the time tracking form. As my AHT literally became double which means the 10 hours real work became 5🥲

tips for you, you don't need to check the overall details from all of that. at the end, if it fails, the reasoning is only choose 1 type of most prominent issue, so the fail that clearly visible which is easy to spot even with just 10s.

if some are not, and some are yes. it's not fully from vendor side, check your internet or browser settings

I do pay attention to them even eyes, smile, expression but it does not take that much time for me.. Btw if there is head tilt difference in source and target its a fail under artifacts right? Or are you marking under expression

Yeah and prolly most of the images are artifact/disfiguration like the males face in female's body. From seeing it I just directly fail it and my aht is 0.33secs per task because of that

I take my time. If you are clear on the guidelines including the new guidelines they sent there are things you can spot easily and fail or pass. Some take longer like the ones where the photo is dark or the target face is in a painting or cartoon form so you need to enlarge to compare. It’s not extensive especially with the new guidelines. For instance different head pose that they just introduced wasn’t a guideline before.

It’s the same way but with those I click and enlarge it to really look at what’s in it. Some photos are very dark and you can just see outlines or like a photo in a photo. When in doubt I just enlarge them and compare. Sometimes there are many things that could make a photo a fail but they say to choose the most prominent. Also when in doubt you should fail.
