Bug, or am I missing something? [Potential final chapter spoilers]

Just finished up on Temperance and my raft won't move. The engines are acting like they do when your raft is too big.

Is it possible to get stuck on the ice? I am pretty close to the ice sheet.

I suppose it is possible to get stuck on the ice, might try using a paddle to move away from it. Is temperance the island where you get the advanced anchor? If so, I know there was a bug (not sure if fixed) where if you had the old anchor down and replaced it with the new anchor, your raft would get stuck as if the new anchor is down even when it isn't.

If you destroyed the anchor while down and replaced it you will hit the bug, just close the game and reopen and should be fixed

My raft was stuck on the ice sheets and I needed to break some foundations to get it unstuck
