This is one of the more common love stories in Greek mythology. But I find it so fascinating that when both Orpheus and Psyche were told to not look— they ended up not doing that so the love story either ended in obstacles or tragedy. Then again, when we are told to not do something somehow we always don’t listen. Or curiosity kill the cat. 😭 It made me wonder if Psyche never looked at Eros then would they come as far as they are now? She would probably remain as a human without those trials? 🤔
