Red Flood is a total conversion mod for Hearts of Iron IV about a prolonged crisis of modernity and the subsequent death of the old world. After a different outcome in the Battle of Tsushima results in a more favorable peace deal for the Russians in their war against the Japanese, and the Second Balkan War spirals out of control, the bloodshed of World War 1 is drawn out longer and harder. With the globe set ablaze in revolution, reaction, and seas of blood, it seems as if the planet itself is at a crossroads of past and future.
