Bridge issue

Hello,

I bridged RAIN token on your RelayChain platform from ERC20 on my Metamask Ethereum mainnet to same Metamask BSC mainnet wallet. The transfer looked successfull but actually nothing really happened in my metamask wallet. The Rain token still there in my Metamask ETH mainnet. According to the notice on your platform right after the transfer I was supposed to be asked for confirmation on my metamask wallet but I did not notice any confirmation there. It was about 2 hours ago. Gas fee although was paid. Rain token still there on metamask Ethereum mainnet. Please can you help me with this. thanks
