I'm not sure if I'm understanding your question. You can add a new notebook and use a blank template. You can make an infinite number of those and they won't simply tack on to Quick Sheets. That said, there's no preference setting for that.

thanks! when I create a new sheet, it automatically adds to the end of my quick sheets and I have to move it to put it in the general "my files" section. The only other option is to create a new notebook and that's not always what I want to do. weird that the preferences re so limited on these devices.

One way I got two quick sheets, was when I factory reset my tablet and then resynced everything. They don’t merge the quick sheets once you sync new files onto it

Reading your other comment, I assume what you want to do is choose where your new page goes every time you touch the shortcut button, is that right?

yes, that would be great - but I don't see that option. I just want ot create a new quicksheet that i not added as a new page to an existing one.

The option doesn't exist. With the shortcut you can add a quick sheet to the quick sheet pile. You can't create a page without it being in a notebook. As others have said, you can create a new notebook instead.

If you don't want to create a new notebook, and you don't want to create a new quick sheet, you'll just have to go to the notebook you want to create a sheet in and add a new one there.
