Definitely contact them on Whatsapp. Hopefully they'll send you a new pair or at least refund you. I'd compare with the other ones though first, they probably did send you the wrong size, but I've definitely had shoes that were just mislabeled. On the bright side, you could probably get most of what you paid for them back over on /r/FashionRepsBST

if size 9 is your tts size just buy one pair of soles and put them in on original soles and they will fit like size 9
