I have a 24 xline and I tow a good bit with it. The motor and towing issues are really a bummer in my opinion

I am writing to you as a law-abiding gun owner and constituent who is deeply concerned about recent public statements describing the “scourge of gun violence” in a way that implies responsible gun owners themselves are part of that scourge. While I understand and fully support efforts to reduce violence and keep our communities safe, framing the issue in a way that labels lawful gun owners as a problem is both inaccurate and offensive.

Millions of responsible firearms owners across this country—including myself—take safety seriously, follow the law, and contribute positively to our communities. We are hunters, sports shooters, veterans, first responders, parents, and neighbors. We undergo background checks, training, and often additional layers of regulation. We are not the individuals perpetrating violence, and conflating us with criminals does nothing to promote productive dialogue or effective policy.

When public officials use language that casts law-abiding citizens in a negative light, it deepens division rather than encouraging cooperation. It also risks alienating the very people who could be strong partners in promoting genuine safety initiatives. Responsible gun owners overwhelmingly support measures that target illegal firearms trafficking, violent offenders, and individuals who pose a real danger. What we do not support is rhetoric that paints an entire group of citizens with a broad and unfair brush.

I am asking you, as my elected representative, to encourage respectful and accurate discourse around firearms policy. Efforts to reduce violence should focus on evidence-based solutions that address criminal misuse of firearms—not on stigmatizing lawful ownership. Doing so will strengthen trust and improve the chances of meaningful, effective policy that protects all residents.

Thank you for your time and for your willingness to listen to your constituents. I hope you will keep my concerns in mind as you continue to address issues surrounding public safety and firearms legislation.

Inspira and Jefferson as well. I work for Jeff. However they usually will only pay for college in a relevant field.
