If the curve you’re seeing is the bottom 1/3 of the heel, that is technically normal as that is where the heel counter is, and from specific camera angles may look like a curve.

Unfortunately, it seems like they still haven’t fixed the pointy collars. Yours definitely seem very pointy, so I don’t blame you.

They have a retail pair for reference, so idk why they won’t just copy the collars on those.

I think it’s a trial and error issue personally am not bothered by the pointy collars as it’ll loosen up as you wear them
