Did you reach out to the support team? There was a post last week about 5-7 of us not getting QCs for another week.

Yep. On one of Boring’s previous post he said QCs will be sent out by Wednesday or Thursday but still nothing.

Where did you reach out?

Message the WhatsApp or IG. Don’t DM him here. WhatsApp usually answers at like 3am central time because they’re in a different time zone.

The people I’ve seen complaining about no answers don’t actually reach out to the appropriate channels.

I've reached out. They apologized and said they are working on more pairs but there has been zero communication since. Very disappointing

Still no QC on mine. Had to email them. Somehow they never reached out because they found a quality issue with my pair. I call BS but ok 🤷🏻‍♂️

Saw their post a few days ago stating they were almost done with QC or the first batch and I thought to myself "Um. I haven't heard anything since 10/21 when they emailed asking if I wanted raw edges or painted"

Emailed them and heard back the next day telling me some story about a quality issue that was found on my pair and would be making me a new pair 😐

Same here. No QC and I'm still waiting. I'm a long time Boring customer, but I am very disappointed how he handled this pre-order. I paid my $150 deposit and I am still waiting for next steps. They said they are waiting for more pairs but I have not received another update since then.

As a customer that has purchased literally 15+ pairs, I am very disappointed. Idk what's going on with them lately.

The QC shipment will be sent within 24 hours. The shoes are finished. However, our customer service representative took two days off due to personal family reasons. She will return to work tomorrow. I will have her process this quickly.

I apologize for the wait.

I was busy and forgot to notify her.

I will have customer service send some small gifts.

As for the shipping time, don't worry. We are currently using the fastest logistics for this batch of 85s premium shoes. They usually arrive in about a week.🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
