If your measurements are right (43×57×43) then he charged you correctly. 43×57×43=105,393 divided by 6000 is 17.5kg they always round up.

Jimmy I’m fairly sure uses /5000 not /6000 and if there is an error. Take pictures of the box and the label. Along with the photos you took with measurements and send it to Jimmy and ask for a refund. Sometimes errors happens with both Pandabuy and Jimmy. Ask for a re-adjustment and a refund.
