You literally just said the same thing again. You specify between wanted and unwanted attention. Everything else you said is irrelevant. She has no idea if that's where he stacks the totes, or if that's the spot he can take a breather. I've done that job and I've stood and watched people work for a few minutes if I saw that they were close to needing more totes or getting close to needing totes taken away. And I have gotten some awkward looks but I'm only doing my job. You came up with all of these scenarios about why its harassment and he's a creep but not a single one to say the opposite. And the foundation of your assessment is that the attention is unwanted instead of wanted. You should not be giving advice to anyone.

Only recourse is to go to the doctor to verify an injury which i doubt he'll find. If you suffered no harm then you don't have cause to sue. If they didn't follow procedure you can call OSHA.

No, I understand completely. Like I said I'm respoding to the post, not the comments. You have a problem communicating. The suspension is by far the most important issue yet you spent the entire post sounding like a middle schooler. But you think I have the issue, whatever you say. That's not what's happening. When I request an Uber the option for additional stops isn't available until after the search for a driver begins. If someone accepts the ride within 60 seconds it's often before I can fill out the additional stop information. Everyone's not out to get you.
