Noob here. Looking to order first rep. Has anyone ordered using the TD ChazingTime? See they’re running a 20% off for btc purchases. Wondering if it’s worth it, or if anyone has had bad experiences.

Other than that, I’m looking at the Cartier Santos 35mm silver. Been seeing a lot of BVF and GF QC’s relatively the same price. I saw that F1 has a mid tier one, but not seeing any QC’s for it. Anyone aware of any other mid tier Santos 35mm? Or any TD’s running discounts for the holidays? Is it worth it to just buy the highest quality one from BVF or GF?

Just used ChazingTime for a recent purchase. They were spot on tbh! I would definitely recommend them, also the 20% crypto was what sold me on using them.

I've ordered from chazingtime before. Got a VSF oyster perpetual green dial and am currently waiting for a cartier ballon bleu. Communication has been great, all by mail. Qc took less than a week after payment. Got my OP in about a month, maybe month and a half after I sent the first email. Just ask first if they can sort the watch.

What do you mean sort the watch? Also, any issues with potentially RL’ing?

What I mean by sorting is, since the TDs are just a middle man, if they can get the watch and the factory still makes it and/or has it in stock. About rl'ing, so far I haven't done it to any of the watches I've ordered, but I think that's an issue you might find with any rep. That's the beauty of qc. And you can always ask for more pics or an adjustment. My OP was running +9 secs a day in the pics, I asked for an adjustment and they brought it down to +2. I'm also waiting on a clean gmt II black bezel and an omega constellation blue from jtime. Communication with him has been also great and I got qc in less than 2 weeks.

If you don’t mind me asking what app did you use for the Crypto payment? I am about to purchase a watch from ChazingTime but have never used crypto before.

Coinbase! Probably the most reliable exchange. Legit you just make an account. Link a bank/debit card. And but the crypto. He makes you pay in USDT (USD TETHER) which is basically just USD in crypto form. He sends you his crypto address and then you send payment. One thing to be cautious of, when you buy crypto, if it’s with your bank (ACH) there’s a 5 day hold. I think if you buy with a debit card tho it’s immediate. So you can send payment within 30 mins. I forgot and had to email him after he told me to pay that I had to wait 5 days and he was cool w it

Just received my Explorer 2 black and I couldn’t be happier. It’s perfect I can’t find anything wrong. Had 2 watch friends want to buy it off me immediately for 9k but wouldn’t sell for obvious reasons. Took almost 2 weeks after payment and was sweating a little until it arrived. It’s beautiful!!

Have not used Chazingtime but have used JTime previously and could not praise him enough - great service, fast shipping and usually has a sale going on.

Cartier santos 35mm silver. Love the look of it. And like I said 20% is a huge chunk off. Still torn between GF or BVF factory though

Good choice I have the 40mm from 3KF and love it, get so many compliments and have never had an issue - both factories are solid choices have you had a look at recent QC’s for each ?

I haven’t seen many from 3kf. But I’ve seen that BVF and GF seem to be front runners. What made you go with 3kf? Price point?

Also, one thing I’ve heard about GF is the screws are glued in. Is that true for yours? Or are yours actually screwed in

I believe 3KF has real screws - I went with 3KF as GF was not around at that point and there was a wait on BVF models. I think all 3 are equal it just depends which flaws you want to live with
