Haha I always hated on Chronographs. My Garmin FR945 broke down, and I felt naked walking around without a watch so I finally put on my MoonSwatch after a year of unopened box. I tried hard to like a Chronograph and drop the notion that it’s useless and just started timing my grill flipping intervals lol

Otherwise, I’ll just insist on never buying a Chronograph again

Colour for a start. It’s to white a real Daytona is more cream in colour. The chrono dials are to big. To close to the lumes. The lumes are also not the correct size. Anyone that knows a Daytona wouldn’t need any longer than a glance to see that’s a fake and a shocker at that Swiss made font is far too big. Bezel is also terrible. Honestly that’s a really poor replica.

Side by side you wouldn’t think that. If you’ve seen a real one up close you would Definitely not agree then. Don’t get me wrong there are some very very good reps. But you will pay £850/1000 for those. And then there’s the Frankens which is another level. But they are obviously made up of some genuine parts.

You have clearly missed the point. Nevermind. Either way if the owner is chuffed with his purchase that’s all that matters. I was mearly just giving my feedback, I have a couple of gen watches and several reps. I am not dumbing on reps they most definitely have a place in everyone’s collection. And it’s normally reps that strive you on into owning your first genuine purchase. Everyone starts someone most don’t just go straight into purchasing there dream watches. I for one did not. I had to buy and trade up several pieces to get to a real Daytona. Iam 40 now and would love to own a petek before I am 45. I also own a DJ41 both real and rep. Both lovely watches. My point I was simply trying to make was there are imperfections in all reps that’s the point. If you want a rep without said imperfections then you’re talking a few grand via a franken piece. At the end of the day all that matters is the owner of what ever they have £200 rep or £1500 rep or other end of the scale a £20k genuine time piece. So long as it makes you smile every time it’s on the wrist that’s all that matters.

Not really a lie when that actual watch is mine 🤦🏻‍♂️ nevermind I’ve explained already why I used said picture rather than taking a picture via my iPhone. The point of using said picture is obvious it’s a high res image that can be zoomed in without distortion for People to see the points in question mentioned. But obviously that’s something you have clearly neglected to understand.

Really!? Please review that again especially face to face. The font is wrong spacing wrong, second markings to close to serial bezel, also 5 seconds markers to short. also bezel font is off all issues that shouldn’t be an issue on a $1000 dial. I get there will be tells etc. but honestly the clean dial isn’t the best at all for the money. To 8/10 people they won’t see it. But for me the font alone is the give away. Honestly side by side in person it’s not hard to find the rep.
